Reservations and payment
Room rates, inclusions, dates, occupancy limits, and applicable charges are shown during the booking process. A reservation is confirmed only after the required payment has been completed and the confirmation has been issued.
We accept cash, bank transfer, GCash, and credit or debit cards. Guests should provide accurate contact details so that confirmation and payment instructions can be delivered.
Guest responsibilities
Guests must provide valid identification at check-in and follow the resort’s house rules, safety instructions, and facility-specific requirements. The person making a reservation is responsible for the accuracy of the booking details and for the conduct of the accompanying guests.
Website information
We take reasonable care to keep information current, but schedules, rates, inclusions, availability, and facility access may change. The reservation confirmation and written terms supplied by Reservations govern a confirmed booking.
Business registration
Business registration details: DTI/SEC/CDA registration number to be supplied by Batangas Country Club, if applicable. Please do not publish this page as final until the registered entity name and applicable registration number match the PayMongo dashboard.
