Please review the dates, guest count, room type, inclusions, and applicable terms before completing payment. Contact Reservations if any booking detail is unclear.
Cancellation and refund requests
Cancellation, rebooking, and refund eligibility depend on the terms shown for the reservation or service. Submit requests as soon as possible by email or phone, quoting the booking name, reference, and dates. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method where possible.
Non-refundable or used services
Paid services that are identified as non-refundable, already consumed, or missed without notice may not be eligible for a refund. Where a service cannot be provided because of a resort closure or operational issue, Reservations will explain the available rebooking or refund option.
